Early-Access Prize Draw

1. The Promoter. The promoter is NetCompetitions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 07533343, registered office 17 St. Peters Place, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6EB (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@netcompetitions.co.uk.

2. The promotion. One winner, selected at random from all valid entries, will receive a cash prize of £50. This draw is separate from our competitions and these terms apply to it alone.

3. How to enter. You are entered automatically when you join the early-access list at netcompetitions.co.uk and confirm your email address (the confirmation link we send you). Entry is free; no purchase is or ever will be necessary. Everyone who has already confirmed their subscription before these terms were published is entered on the same basis.

4. Closing date. Entries close at 11:00am on Monday 21 September 2026. Subscriptions confirmed after that time will not be entered.

5. One entry per person. The draw is per person, not per email address. Multiple subscriptions by the same person count as one entry, and we may remove entries we reasonably believe are duplicates or automated.

6. Unsubscribing. Leaving the early-access list before the closing date does not withdraw your entry. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing your chance of winning; if you would rather be removed from the draw as well, email us and we will remove you.

7. Eligibility. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales). Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families and households, and anyone professionally connected with this draw may not win. We will verify the winner’s age, identity and residence before paying the prize; if the winner does not meet these requirements, the entry is void and a redraw takes place.

8. The draw. The winner is selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. Each valid entry is assigned a number and the winner is picked using an independent online random number generator. We keep a record of the draw so that the selection can be demonstrated to have been fair.

9. Winning and payment. We will notify the winner by email at their subscribed address within 7 days of the draw. The winner has 30 days to respond and complete verification. The prize is paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s own name; we carry out a name-match check before paying. Because the prize is cash, no alternative prize is offered.

10. Redraws. If the winner does not respond within the claim period or fails verification, a redraw takes place from the remaining valid entries, up to a maximum of three redraws.

11. Publicity. In accordance with the CAP Code we will publish, or make available on request, the surname and county of the winner. You may object to this, or ask us to limit what is published, by contacting us at support@netcompetitions.co.uk.

12. Your data. Entry details are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your entry for anything beyond running this draw and the early-access list you joined.
