Competition Terms & Conditions

The rules governing your use of NetCompetitions and entry into our competitions.

Competitions are not yet open. We’re finalising these terms with our legal advisers ahead of launch. Last updated 21 August 2026.

1. The Promoter

1.1. These competitions are run by NetCompetitions Ltd (“the Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07533343, with its registered office at 17 St. Peters Place, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6EB.

1.2. The Promoter can be contacted at support@netcompetitions.co.uk.

1.3. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every competition (each a “Competition”) promoted on NetCompetitions (netcompetitions.co.uk) (“the Website”). Each Competition also has specific terms (including the prize, entry fee, the maximum number of Entries per person, and the Closing Date) displayed on its own competition page. Where a specific term conflicts with these Terms, the specific term applies to that Competition.

1.4. By entering a Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Entry” means a single, valid entry into a Competition, whether submitted by the paid route or the free postal route.
  • “Closing Date” means the date and time stated on the relevant competition page after which no further Entries will be accepted.
  • “Draw Date” means the date and time stated on the relevant competition page on or shortly after which the Draw takes place. It follows the Closing Date.
  • “Prize” means the prize described on the relevant competition page.
  • “Draw” means the process by which the winner of a Competition is selected.
  • “Account” means the free account you must hold to enter by either route.
  • “Linked Accounts” means any two or more Accounts that we reasonably believe are held or controlled by the same person or are operated together, based on any connecting detail — for example the same or similar name or email address, the same payment card or bank account, the same address, the same device or network, or matching patterns of activity.
  • “Break” and “Self-Exclusion” have the meanings given in clause 11.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Competitions are open only to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not eligible.

3.2. The following may not enter: employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter; their immediate families and households; and anyone else professionally connected with the administration of a Competition.

3.3. We may ask you to prove your age, identity and place of residence at any time, and will do so before releasing any Prize. We may withhold a Prize until we are satisfied, and may disqualify any Entry where we reasonably believe the entrant does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3.4. If a winner fails verification under clause 3.3 (for example, because they are under 18 or not resident in Great Britain), the winning Entry is void, the Prize will not be awarded to them, and a Redraw will take place under clause 9.4. Where we are satisfied the entrant acted in good faith, we will refund the entry fees they paid for that Competition. Where we reasonably believe the entrant misrepresented their eligibility (including by providing false details or taking steps to disguise their location), clause 13 applies and no refund is due.

3.5. You are responsible for ensuring that entering a Competition is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Accounts

4.1. You must hold an Account to enter any Competition, by either route. Creating an Account is free and carries no obligation to purchase anything.

4.2. You may hold one Account only. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your email address must be verified before you can enter.

4.3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your Account.

4.4. Where we reasonably believe a person holds or controls more than one Account — including where Accounts are Linked Accounts (clause 2) — we may treat those Accounts together for the purposes of these terms, void the Entries and withhold any Prize associated with the duplicate Accounts, and clause 13 may apply. We may also treat Linked Accounts together when applying per-person Entry limits and when assessing eligibility for any promotional reward (for example a referral reward).

5. How to Enter: Paid Route

5.1. To enter by the paid route, sign in to your Account, complete the entry process on the relevant competition page and pay the stated entry fee per Entry. All entry fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.2. Each Competition states a maximum number of Entries per person on its competition page. This limit applies to your Entries across both routes combined (paid and free postal together).

5.3. We only charge for tickets we can secure. When you check out we reserve your tickets first and charge only for those we can allocate to you. If part of a Competition sells out while you are checking out, we will show you what we could secure and the updated total before you pay. Your Entry is confirmed once payment for the allocated tickets has completed. In the rare event a ticket cannot be allocated after payment, we refund the affected amount to your original payment method. We are not responsible for Entries that are not received, are incomplete, or fail due to technical issues outside our reasonable control. Any refund is made automatically to your original payment method: you do not need to claim it, and it usually shows within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

5.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free entry route is available for every Competition (see clause 6). Free Entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid Entries.

5.5. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that the service (entry of your ticket(s) into the Draw) is performed immediately and in full at the point of purchase, and that you therefore lose any right to cancel the purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once your Entry has been made.

5.6. Discounts and promotions. We may from time to time offer discounts or promotional offers on paid Entries, including automatic volume discounts (a lower price per Entry for buying more in a single order) and discount codes. The terms of each offer, including any minimum quantity, eligibility, usage limit and expiry, are as stated at the time it is offered. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are not applied retrospectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one discount code may be used per order unless we state otherwise. We may cancel or withhold any Entry, discount or Prize obtained through misuse of an offer (see clause 13). Discounts apply to the paid route only and never reduce the equal chance of winning that free postal Entries have; and where a discount is live, the value of the free postal route is matched to it (see clause 6.5).

5.7. Baskets and minimum order. You may add Entries for more than one Competition to a basket and pay for them together in a single order. An order may be subject to a small minimum spend, which is shown in your basket before you pay.

6. How to Enter: Free Postal Route

6.1. You may enter any Competition free of charge by post. Free postal Entries are entered into the same Draw as paid Entries and have an equal chance of winning. The method of selecting the winner does not distinguish between paid and free Entries.

6.2. To enter by post you must hold an Account (free to create; see clause 4). Your postal Entry is matched to your Account by the email address you provide, so it must be the email address registered to your Account.

6.3. To enter by post, send a postcard or a sheet of paper inside a sealed envelope, by ordinary first- or second-class post (no special, recorded or premium-rate service is required or accepted as conferring any advantage), to:

NetCompetitions Ltd - Free Entry
17 St. Peters Place, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6EB

6.4. Each postal Entry must clearly include all of the following: (a) your full name; (b) your full postal address; (c) the email address registered to your Account; (d) your date of birth; (e) the full title of the specific Competition you are entering, exactly as shown on the Website; and (f) the closing date of that Competition.

6.5. Entries per postal communication (equivalent to the paid route). Each valid postal communication counts as as many whole Entries as could be bought, at that Competition’s ticket price, for the price of a Royal Mail second-class stamp. For example, where tickets are 10p each, one postal communication is as many Entries as fit within the stamp price (for a 91p stamp, that is 9 Entries: 9 × 10p = 90p). Where a Competition’s ticket price is more than the price of a second-class stamp, one postal communication is one Entry. This mirrors the value a paying entrant obtains for the same outlay, so the free route is not more restricted than the paid route. To make further Entries, send further separate postal communications, each posted separately with its own postage. Where a volume or bundle discount is live for a Competition (clause 5.6), each postal communication counts as as many whole Entries as a paying entrant could obtain for the price of a second-class stamp at the best price actually available to them for that same outlay (taking any live discount into account), so the free route always matches the best paid value then available.

6.6. The following postal Entries are void: entries that are illegible, incomplete, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, hand-delivered, or sent in bulk by a third party on behalf of others; any Entry that does not contain all of the information in clause 6.4; any Entry that cannot be matched to an Account; and any Entry received while the entrant’s Account is subject to a Break, Self-Exclusion, deactivation or closure (see clauses 11 and 12), in which case we will notify you by email that the Entry was not included.

6.7. The number of free postal Entries you may submit per Competition is no more restricted than the paid route: the same per-person maximum stated on the competition page applies to your paid and free Entries combined.

6.8. Postal Entries must be received by us by the Closing Date of the relevant Competition. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered, regardless of postmark. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt; we are not responsible for Entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

6.9. Valid postal Entries are allocated ticket numbers in the same pool as paid Entries and are processed into the relevant Draw on the same basis.

7. Closing Date and the Draw

7.1. Each Competition closes on the fixed Closing Date stated on its competition page. Every Competition is open for a minimum of 7 days, so that the free postal route is genuinely available.

7.2. The winner is selected from all valid Entries (paid and free combined, as a single pool) strictly in accordance with the laws of chance, by a verified random number generator using a published, verifiable random seed, on or shortly after the Draw Date stated on the competition page. A cryptographic fingerprint of each random seed that will decide the Draw is published on the competition page before the Closing Date, and the seeds themselves are published after the Draw, so the result can be independently checked against what was fixed in advance. We retain a permanent record of each Draw (including the seed, the entry list and the result) so that every Draw can be audited.

7.3. The Draw always takes place. We will never cancel a Competition, postpone or extend its Closing Date, or reduce the value of its Prize because of the number of Entries received. Once a Competition has received Entries, its Closing Date will not be changed except where required by law or by circumstances genuinely beyond our control (see clause 16.1).

7.4. The maximum number of tickets available for each Competition is stated on its competition page before the point of purchase.

7.5. Entry cut-off. All Entries close on the single Closing Date stated on the competition page: paid online Entries may be made until the exact time of the Closing Date shown on the competition page (a countdown is displayed there), and free postal Entries must be received by us by the Closing Date (clause 6.8). Valid postal Entries received by the Closing Date are processed into the Draw during the period between the Closing Date and the Draw (clause 7.2); this processing window does not give online entrants a greater chance of winning, as all valid Entries, however made, go into the same single pool. Postal Entries that arrive after the Closing Date cannot be included.

8. The Prize

8.1. The Prize for each Competition is as described on its competition page. Images are illustrative.

8.2. The Prize is non-transferable. Where a Competition offers a cash alternative, this is stated on its competition page; the winner may then choose the cash alternative instead of the Prize. A cash alternative may be lower than the stated value of the Prize.

8.3. We reserve the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make the stated Prize unavailable (including where a Prize ordered after the Draw has been discontinued, withdrawn or cannot be supplied). We will never substitute a lower-value prize because of the number of Entries received.

8.4. The Prize does not include any cost not expressly stated (for example insurance, road tax or running costs), which are the winner’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Delivery of a Prize to an address in Great Britain is included and paid by us unless the competition page states otherwise.

8.5. Choosing the cash alternative. Where a cash alternative is offered, you request it when you claim your Prize (clause 9). There is a short period after you request it in which you may change your mind and switch back to the Prize itself; after that period, your choice is final.

8.6. How the cash alternative is paid. We pay the cash alternative by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your own name. As a security check we confirm that the account name matches the name on your Account, and we may ask for reasonable verification of your identity or bank details before paying. We pay the cash alternative to the winner only.

8.7. Prize sourcing. Prizes are either held by us in advance or ordered new from a retailer or supplier once the winner has been confirmed. Where a Prize is ordered after the Draw, we place the order within 7 days of the winner’s claim being verified (clause 9.3) and aim to have the Prize dispatched within 30 days of that verification.

8.8. Variant choice. Where a Prize is available in more than one colour, size, finish or specification, the winner selects their preference on the claim form (clause 9). The selection is final once the claim is submitted. If the selected variant is unavailable, we supply the variant shown on the competition page or the closest available equivalent.

8.9. Direct delivery. Prizes ordered after the Draw are usually dispatched by the retailer or supplier directly to the winner’s delivery address; we pass the winner’s name, delivery address, telephone number and any delivery note to that retailer or supplier for that purpose (see our Privacy Policy). Delivery is tracked; delivery timescales are set by the retailer or supplier.

8.10. Damage, faults and non-delivery. Because we purchase the Prize, the contract with the retailer or supplier is ours and we deal with them for you. Visible damage on arrival: to help us resolve it quickly, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging; we will arrange a replacement or repair. A fault that appears later: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will obtain a repair, replacement or refund from the retailer on your behalf; after that the manufacturer’s warranty (clause 8.11) applies and we will help you use it. Non-delivery: every Prize is sent tracked and we monitor delivery, so we will normally contact you first; if your Prize has not arrived within 14 days of our dispatch email, please tell us. Please contact us, not the retailer, about any of these in the first instance.

8.11. Warranty. Where a Prize carries a manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not by us. We will supply the winner with the purchase invoice and, where applicable, the serial number so that they can make a warranty claim directly.

8.12. Prizes that cannot be posted. Some Prizes (for example vehicles) are delivered by transporter, collected, or handed over in person by arrangement with the winner, as stated on the competition page; registration documents and any manufacturer’s warranty are put in the winner’s name.

8A. Instant-Win Prizes (where offered)

8A.1. Some Competitions also offer instant-win prizes. For these, specific ticket numbers are pre-assigned to instant prizes before the Competition opens for Entry. If a ticket number allocated to your Entry matches a pre-assigned instant-win ticket number, you win that instant prize immediately, and your Entry still enters the main Draw as normal. The number of instant prizes available, and what they are, is stated on the competition page.

8A.2. Equal chance by both routes. Instant-win ticket numbers are drawn from the same single pool of ticket numbers as all other Entries (clauses 6.9 and 7.2), and the order in which ticket numbers are allocated is fixed by the provably-fair mechanism, not by which route an Entry came through, nor by when it was made. A free postal Entry therefore has exactly the same chance of being allocated an instant-win ticket number as a paid Entry.

8A.3. When an instant win is decided. An instant win is decided only when a valid Entry is confirmed and its ticket number(s) are finally allocated. An instant-win prize is not won by an Entry that is not completed, is void, or is refunded, because no ticket number is finally allocated to it. Each instant-win ticket number can be won once only.

8A.4. Instant wins do not affect the main Draw. Winning an instant-win prize does not remove your Entry from the main Draw; your ticket number remains eligible to win the main Prize.

8A.5. Claiming. Instant-win prizes are notified, verified and claimed on the same basis as other Prizes (clauses 3.3 and 9), and clauses 8.1 to 8.4 apply to them.

9. Winner Notification, Claiming and Redraws

9.1. We will notify the winner using the contact details on their Account, within 14 days of the Draw.

9.2. The winner must respond and claim the Prize within 30 days of first notification.

9.3. Before releasing the Prize we will verify the winner’s identity, age and address (clause 3.3), which may include electronic identity verification. A winner who fails verification is treated under clause 3.4.

9.4. Redraws. If the winner does not respond within the claim period, fails verification, or has deleted their Account (clause 12.2), the Prize is forfeited by that winner and a Redraw takes place: a new winner is selected from the remaining valid Entries of the same Competition, using the same provably-fair mechanism with a new published seed derived from the original sealed seed, and the verification page will disclose that a Redraw took place and the reason for it. All Entries held by the forfeiting winner in that Competition are excluded from the Redraw, not only the Entry that was drawn, so the same person cannot be selected again for the same Prize. This does not affect their Entries in any other Competition. The Competition does not reopen for new Entries. Up to three Redraws may take place for a Competition; if no winner has validly claimed after three Redraws, the Prize is forfeited and may, at our discretion, be offered in a future Competition. A forfeiting winner has no claim to the Prize. The record of every selection (including forfeited winners and each seed used) is retained permanently in the Competition’s audit record, and the Competition’s verification page will disclose that a Redraw took place.

9.5. Being on a Break, Self-Excluded or deactivated does not forfeit a win from an Entry validly made beforehand: you remain contactable and any Prize will be honoured. Deleting your Account is different: see clause 12.2.

9.6. When you receive your Prize. After your claim is verified we dispatch a Prize we hold within 7 days, and a Prize ordered for you within the period in clause 8.7. We will email you when the order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

10. Publicity

10.1. In accordance with the CAP Code, we will publish, or make available on request, information indicating that a valid award took place, ordinarily the surname and county of the winner. By entering, you are informed of this intention. You may object to this publication, or ask us to reduce the information published, in your Account settings or by contacting us at support@netcompetitions.co.uk; where you object we will not publish it, though we may still be required to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if the promotion is challenged. We will not publish information where doing so would be likely to identify you in a way that prejudices your privacy, and we will never publish your full address.

10.2. Live draw broadcasts and results pages display the winning ticket number and the winner’s first name only.

10.3. We may invite, but will never require, the winner to take part in post-event publicity.

10.4. Photographs. We will only publish a photograph of a winner where the winner has given their explicit consent for us to do so. Providing a photograph is entirely optional (declining will never affect your Prize) and you can withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop using the photograph going forward (we may be unable to recall copies already published or shared by others).

11. Responsible Play

11.1. Spend limits. (a) You can set limits on your paid entry spending across all Competitions, on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, from your Account settings, including a limit of £0 and up to a maximum of £1,000 per period. (b) A limit can be set when you register or at any time afterwards, and applies before any further paid Entries are permitted. Limits apply per calendar day, week or month as selected. (c) A decrease to your limit takes effect immediately. An increase takes effect after 24 hours.

11.2. Credit cards. We do not accept more than £250 per calendar month per person in entry fees paid by credit card (including payments funded via money service businesses). A credit-card payment that would take you over this limit will not be accepted: it is refunded in full and no tickets are issued. You may pay by debit card or use the free postal route.

11.3. Breaks. You can take a short break of 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month from your Account settings. During a Break you cannot enter any Competition by any route, and we pause marketing to you. A Break takes effect immediately and cannot be ended early.

11.4. Self-Exclusion. You can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During Self-Exclusion you cannot enter any Competition by any route, your marketing consent is revoked, and the exclusion cannot be lifted early by anyone, including you and our support team.

11.5. Any Entry attempted or received during a Break or Self-Exclusion is void and will not be entered into any Draw. Postal Entries received during this time are excluded and we will tell you so by email (this is a service notification, not marketing).

11.6. If you are concerned about your spending or wellbeing, free confidential support is available from the services listed on our Responsible Play page.

12. Account Deactivation, Deletion and Closure

12.1. Deactivation. You may deactivate your Account at any time from your Account settings. While deactivated you cannot enter Competitions and we will not market to you; your data is retained and you can reactivate whenever you choose. Deactivation is an account-management tool, not a responsible-play safeguard; for protections that cannot be reversed early, use a Break or Self-Exclusion (clause 11).

12.2. Deletion. You may permanently delete your Account at any time, and we will erase your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because deletion makes you uncontactable and unverifiable, any live Entries you hold remain in their Draws, but if one of them wins, the Prize is forfeited and a Redraw takes place (clause 9.4); we cannot notify, verify or pay a deleted account holder. We will warn you of this at the point of deletion if you hold live Entries or an unclaimed Prize. Entry fees are not refunded on deletion.

12.3. Suspension or closure by us. We may suspend, restrict or close your Account, void Entries, or withhold or void Prizes where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, committed or attempted fraud (including payment fraud, see clauses 13.4 and 13.5), abused our service, our offers, our staff or other entrants, or that the Entries on your Account are not genuinely being made by you, or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the fair treatment of entrants or the integrity of our Competitions. Any action we take under this clause will be proportionate to what we have found. If we suspend your Account we will tell you: you can still sign in and see your Entries, tickets and transactions, but you cannot enter Competitions while we look into the matter. If you believe we have made a mistake, contact support@netcompetitions.co.uk and we will review it; the complaints route in clause 16.5 is also open to you. Closing your Account under this clause does not affect money we already owe you (such as a refund that is due, or a Prize you have validly won and claimed), less any sums you properly owe us.

13. Disqualification, Void Entries, Refunds and Payment Disputes

13.1. We may disqualify any entrant and void any Entry where we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, use of automated entry methods, multiple Accounts, breach of these Terms, or any attempt to gain unfair advantage. In these cases no refund is due, we may withhold or recover Prizes, and we may refer matters to the relevant authorities.

13.2. Where an Entry is void for reasons of genuine, good-faith ineligibility rather than fraud or breach (for example, an entrant who did not meet clause 3.1 and did not misrepresent their eligibility), we will void the Entry and refund the entry fees paid for the affected Competition.

13.3. Void Entries identified before a Draw are excluded from the Draw pool. Void Entries identified after a Draw are handled under clauses 3.4 and 9.4.

13.4. Payment disputes: talk to us first. If something looks wrong with a payment (a charge you do not recognise, a duplicate charge, or an amount you did not expect), please contact support@netcompetitions.co.uk before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse the payment. We will acknowledge you within 5 working days (clause 16.5), and where we have made a genuine error we will put it right promptly, including a refund to your original payment method where one is due. Nothing in this clause or clause 13.5 limits your statutory rights or your chargeback rights with your bank or card issuer, and neither applies to a dispute raised in good faith or to genuine fraud against you. If you believe your card has been used without your permission, contact your bank straight away and then let us know, so we can secure your Account and help with any investigation.

13.5. Unjustified chargebacks. Where a chargeback is raised on your Account without first contacting us under clause 13.4, and we reasonably believe the dispute is unjustified (for example, a dispute over Entries which you made yourself and which were entered into their Draws), then: (a) the Entries paid for by the reversed payment become void, since their entry fee has been taken back; (b) we may withhold delivery or payment of any Prize on your Account until the matter is resolved; (c) we may recover from you the chargeback fees actually charged to us by our payment provider for that reversal, never any penalty of our own and never our legal costs; and (d) we may suspend your Account under clause 12.3 and, where there is a repeated pattern of unjustified chargebacks, close it. A dispute your bank or card issuer upholds after considering our evidence will not, on its own, be treated as unjustified.

14. Liability

14.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.2. Subject to clause 14.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in a Competition or your use or enjoyment of a Prize, except where caused by our negligence.

14.3. We are not responsible for Entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control, including postal failures and technical faults.

15. Data Protection

15.1. We process entrants’ personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15.2. We use entry data to administer Competitions, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, operate the responsible-play measures in clause 11, and meet our legal obligations. We will not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

15.3. To preserve the integrity and auditability of every Draw, anonymised Draw records (including ticket numbers, seeds and results) are retained permanently, including after an Account is deleted. The full list of records that survive deletion (Draw records, payment and Entry records kept for tax and anti-money-laundering purposes, self-exclusion records, and a winner’s surname and county) is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. General

16.1. We may amend these Terms, or suspend or amend a Competition, only where required by law or by circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control. We will never cancel a Competition, change its Closing Date, or reduce its Prize because of the number of Entries received. In the exceptional event a paid Competition is cancelled before its Draw and is not re-run under clause 16.6, all paid entry fees will be refunded.

16.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16.3. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you reside in Scotland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

16.4. These Competitions are prize draws operated under the free-entry exemption in the Gambling Act 2005. They are not lotteries and are not licensed by the Gambling Commission.

16.5. Complaints should be sent to support@netcompetitions.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, investigate it, and give you a full response, including any steps we will take. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may ask for it to be reviewed, and we will tell you the result of that review.

16.6. If a technical failure means a Competition cannot be completed as published, we will normally re-run it rather than cancel it. If we do, you will receive the same number of Entries as you held in the original Competition, your ticket numbers will be newly allocated, and the Prize, the entry price and the Draw date will stay the same unless we tell you otherwise. We will email you to explain what has happened and to give you your new ticket numbers. Any instant win already won in the original Competition stays won, and that prize is removed from the re-run. An Entry in a re-run continues your original Entry and is not a new Entry for the purposes of clause 11.5, so if you have since started a Break or Self-Excluded your Entry still stands. You will not be asked to pay anything further, and you can ask us for a refund instead under clause 16.7.

16.7. If you would rather not take part in a re-run, tell us and we will refund your paid entry fees for that Competition in full. If we are unable to re-enter you, for example because your Account has since been closed and deleted, we will refund your paid entry fees to your original payment method automatically, without you needing to ask.
